I have 3 cabins between Estes Park and Lyons in colorado ( I used to have 7 cabins-but that is a long story in itself!).

I agree with @Jeremy Tillotson even in Wyoming or Colorado where snow is more abundant most years, unless it states one way or another on the lease, I wouldn't do it...

In Colorado, a CPA can set up a business entity for you with all of the entities (Secretary of State, IRS, State, etc), but they cannot prepare an Operating Agreement for you.  

I've lived and skied in Breckenridge, Colorado for the past 12 years.

I am located in Colorado, but am happy to work remotely and am legally a TX resident (due to military status), so am only concerned about federal taxes.Many thanks!

This happened in industry like market making and investment banking as well- In the same week, Airbnb owner is punished by state gov. of Colorado by increasing the tax rate- Meanwhile , gov. is endorsing everyone to become landlord in their own primary house by having ADU. - I also see a lot of initiatives from real estate tech co. to disturb the traditional real estate industry.
