ISO: Tax Accountant for 2023 returns

Greetings!

In the past, I have handled my tax returns independently since they have been relatively straightforward for years. However, 2023 returns will be significantly more complicated since I sold a property and rolled the proceeds into a DST.

I am looking for a tax accountant who can help me file this year's return. I am located in Colorado, but am happy to work remotely and am legally a TX resident (due to military status), so am only concerned about federal taxes.
