Columbus, OH STR Regulations
Hey all! Right now, I operate 5 short-term rentals in Florida and have considered getting into the Columbus, OH market for medium-term rentals, and possibly STR for a part of the year as well. I am curious as to whether anyone could give me the breakdown for STR regulations in Columbus, OH? Also, if you are aware as well, if these regulations are similar for Cincinnati as well?
