Good morning, BP.I am interested in forming an SLLC here in NJ; however, last time I checked, it appears NJ does not recognize such entities.

I have found that my morning routine is now probably twice as long as it was before.

And I don’t want to be seeing her neighbors every morning at 7 o’clock when they’re going to work or at 6 PM as a returning home.

If I did try to enforce it by head count, I would have to go by every place first thing in the morning and late at night to do a head count.

I talked to the tenant this morning, apologized for for surprising them and said I understand why they lock it, but they I also need access in emergencies or while working on the vacant unit.
