Morning BP community.  Barnes and Noble lead me To RICH DAD POOR DAD.  From there I discover bigger pockets.  I live in Arizona and I’m a donut maker(Krispy Kreme) and a barista at night (Starbucks).  I look forward to the day being able to work there by choice or just for the weekly coffee mark out.  Financial freedom is the goal.

Anyways I drive for dollars on my lunches just to learn my market and I’ve finished BP beginners guide book.  My interests so far from what I’ve learned is multi family, turnkey and single family.  I Would love a conversation with someone with the wisdom and experience.

I know nothing.  By the end of the year I hope to confidently know a jelly bean amount of something about real estate and get that first deal. ☮️
