A local credit union also mentioned something called a "savings secured loan" which can be used for anything (even going on vacation), but I don't know if there are tax benefits to that and I don't think I can do that under an LLC.

So I sign my lease, then I was informed that we have no mail services at our place, the landlord will not put in mailbox but we can always get a P.O.Box. we'll first I have no vehicle to even go get my mail, it's not in walking distance and there are no local busses on our area.

For the first time this year, the local government agency has cut off the water to all houses from either 7am to 5:30pm, or from 12:00pm to 5:30pm.
