Who is out there that is willing to bring me in under their wing to show me how to be successful?

I'm gearing up and beginning to lay the foundation of what I want to be a long term endeavor into the real estate investing world. As I pay off the remainder of my bad debt and solidify my credit in order to qualify for a HELOC, I'm on the hunt for trustworthy people to team up with in Indiana, Kansas/Missouri, Tennessee, South Carolina, and possibly Texas. I want to hone in on one or two of these markets, but right now these are the ones on my radar.

I want to put a team around me that I can trust as my second family. I want a team that is extremely smart, knowledgeable, trustworthy and skilled at what they do. The better they are, the better I’ll be. I’ll be working out of state with these folks so it’s important to me that they are good, dependable people with connections to be my hands, feet, eyes on the ground.
