Really excited with networking with some of the local investors in the area, building relationships, and making money!!

Right now I am focusing on educating myself, and networking to build personal relationships with people.

When people throw themselves out there as private lenders, professionals and in the investment field AND can help you find a deal, sounds kinda fishy to me.The private lenders that I know dont need to advertise that they have money to lend, they just make relationship judgements and lend to people that they know.

Now I've learned that iflip will not allow you to use their transactional funding unless the end buyer has no relationship to you.Now I have found a lender who will do the loan with terms that work for me but, my real estate agent tells me HUD will not allow me to close with a different lender because the extension req letter lists a specific lender.  

Sales, cash flow, marketing, building relationships, are all attributes I possess.

It's a business relationship, bottom line.

Thats where I need your help...A few weeks ago I was reading through the Bigger Pockets Blog and came across an article titled You're Just One Relationship Away from "10xing" Your Goals by Michael Blank.  

I would love to get together and build some relationships in our industry.  

I'm working with two as we speak but it has taken me months to nurture that relationship.
