New BP Member in the Phoenix (Scottsdale) Area

Been listening to the podcasts at work for the last couple months and would finally like to start getting involved on the forums.

Currently employed as an Acquisitions/Dispositions Analyst for a private equity firm. Also spent a couple years as an Acquisitions Analyst for one of the larger rental REITs.

First got involved in real estate in 2009 when I purchased a foreclosure as my primary residence. The property was in rough shape but I rehabbed it over the years with my father and uncle. In addition to being a long term flip, I’ve rented out rooms for the passive income.

My goal is to acquire at least five income properties in the Phoenix area in the next two years and then embark on some flips. Looking forward to connecting with other BP members and hopefully building numerous relationships/partnerships.
