Am a mother of 2 with a wonderful family. Am a professional in the private lending, real estate and investment field with over 15 years of experience. I fund deals and help other with a bad credit find good deals to help them with the future investment goals. You could be having a bad credit... that is not a problem i can still find a deal for you.

When people throw themselves out there as private lenders, professionals and in the investment field AND can help you find a deal, sounds kinda fishy to me.

The private lenders that I know dont need to advertise that they have money to lend, they just make relationship judgements and lend to people that they know. Maybe I dont know enough people with too much money that they dont know who to lend it to. Bad grammar and no profile information (no picture, no email, no phone number) also kinda makes me a little leery.

Am I being paranoid? Maybe this person will respond with better grammar.
