I've got 3 parcel's purchased outright and 2 through seller financing in the past 3 weeks and 5 more great offers going out, all with a decent shot at closing.

Well fast forward he does all of the above.. property peaked at about 80% after getting totally hosed and stolen from by GC he ended up having to send his local Portland guy out there one week a month.. so that's airfare hotel food for a week ..

However, to offer some food for thought... 

No furniture just boxes, bags of diapers, some used, Yuk, and food half eaten such as fish, and more.  

I too am in my mid twenties, not married, living like a bum (My food bill per week is about ~$35.00).

It is not that most are thought of as competitors, but they are like the hobos of old, they share with fellow travelers where food may be found.Sharing is one of most powerful sources of personal satisfaction.
