The problem with this scenario for me as a property manager is having to chase owners for funds and the issue with handoffs and communication.As a property manager, it is hard enough to get tenants to pay promptly but I frequently am having to temporarily cover an owner who does not have sufficient funds. 

Carpet will need to be replaced much more frequently so I too would do the LVP.

If you don't, then you will end up with poor to no results and a pocket with no money in it.It is easy to blow through $1,000 in Adwords, in a month and receive a couple of "tire kicker" leads.Your Adwords need to be focused, talk the language of the target audience, tracked and tested.

Their UI is laggy and slow and the remotes frequently lose connection to the TV.

Our target audience is travel nurses.

Even less frequently during the winter when the grass is slower growing.My goal is to do the least maintenance possible.

I frequently get calls from people asking me to come in and fix something a cheap fly by night contractor messed up.  

And anyone who cares enough to fill the tank is more likely to use them frequently and knows what they are doing, which eases my concerns.Still early but 13 guests so far and no complaints
