First off, I know little to nothing about web design, seo, etc...

I've had pretty poor experiences with websites since I started in Real Estate.

Started with advanced access template sites.. JUNK..

Had a local web designer design [REMOVED]... JUNK

Got ripped off by a company out of Birmingham for $4,600... DIE BEN TANGYE

My assistant has taken some online courses and knows the basics of creating a decent site...

He began working on a word press site about 6 months ago on his spare time.. He was almost ready to launch, but kept having plugin issues he didn't know how to correct..

Just so happened that Zillow released their new agent sites.. $10 a month and no setup...

After all the time and money we are now back to a template site lol...

This one just happens to be pretty decent so far... The IDX integration is awesome, widgets are useful, and it offers a fair bit of customization on the back end... & it's $10 per month...

Just looking for some input as to what we need to be doing to get our ranking up..
