They go under the nearby Center St crossing, not across it, so there shouldn't be a horn blowing, but you will probably hear some noise from the trains.Otherwise, it's close to the center of town, so easy access to shopping, highways, etc.

Most of your post was pretty much "filler" comments and nothing specific, just usual and customary trials and tribulations of RE.I'd also suggest what you did were not by any step by step programs as portrayed or advocated on that site.Saying that such transactions could be a viable business plan in doing individual property deals seems far fetched, more of a guru twist than something that would actually be closing even 3 deals a month, more like 3 in a year if you were lucky.It also takes sophisticated buyers to move on a deal without having someone presenting the deal or showing a property.
