I have heard a lot of people talk about Podio for note CRM. Has anyone used Zoho?

Hello @Account Closed

I have used both.  Both Podio and Zoho are highly customizable, and this way you can easily tailor them to suit your needs. They do not require any knowledge of software coding in order to customize. If you need to hire help with customizing, there is plenty of skilled talent out there for both platforms that you can engage with.

As far which one is better, the best CRM is simply whichever one that you will use!! A CRM is not powerful unless you are utilizing it regularly in your business.
