-Leave my day Job to move FT into real estate investing with the focus on Rentals and Flips, but also in a niche of Camper/RV flips in less than 3 years. 

Think they don't exist and bam, wind up in trouble.As Joe mentioned, packing away portions of cash flow each month into a savings account may not be the best use of that capital.

It's come a bit off its piles and needs a jack and pack, 108mm slope across the whole property, 8mm less and the insurer would have patched it up at the time.We have some reasonable estimates (I will be getting some solid quotes in the next few months) and we are confident that we have enough contacts to get it done.After that it gets a bit murkier, The property hasn't seen much of an update in the last 20-30 years so theres a lot that we COULD do, if we had a more solid idea of how the demand is for properties on TC3 land (i'm pretty new to this, I wasn't expecting to buy a house for a decade so I have been on a bit of a crash course the last few months).

I am working with this company and they have three tiny home parks, all with nightly rentals. I think the trouble is financing - land is real property and the tiny homes are RVs. In reality, this is essentially a hote...

Before moving here we lived in an RV for four years traveling to 49 of the 50 States.

I have sent more than 1 contractor packing and most don’t want to share their “great ones” but I am hopeful with the slow down maybe I can keep their peeps busy during a lull. 

We struggle to get investors the right deals there, but we leave it on our site only because we can produce one per month.Houston has been a great market all around for investment property, and an excellent choice for someone starting to build their reals estate portfolio.I have a lot of personal investing experience in Detroit, and I don't recommend short of a few exceptions within that market there.Some of the other markets you mention might be a little pricey with lower R/V ratios, but it comes back to what your goals are and what you're looking for.Be sure to set up some Keyword Alerts so you'll be notified when people mention that which interests you here in the forums.
