Hi All, just wondering if anyone in here has invested in BoaVida communities? They syndicate mostly MHP and RV parks. They have passed several of my tests so far, and was wondering if there is anyone in here in their fund. https://theboavidagroup.com

I like their principles and proven practices.

Thanks!

I invested in the 2020 BoaVida Mobile Home Fund which has about 30 parks in 17 states.  I have only been in it about a year but what I initially liked is that it has very little in fees where other mobile home companies I looked at had fees that raped the projects before the investor received any money.  I am not familiar with Jefferson Lilly but I just emailed them for a PPM on the their latest deals. I a curious what their fee structure looks like.
