Tiny Home (RV) Village Questions

I am working with this company and they have three tiny home parks, all with nightly rentals. I think the trouble is financing - land is real property and the tiny homes are RVs. In reality, this is essentially a hotel. Any ideas on how they could finance more projects?

One issue is they are over-improving the land. However, the existing ones are operating extremely well.
