I have found properties with for sale by owner signs in the yard that were not even on Craigslist or Zillow.You may even have local real estate groups on Facebook such as buy/sell or properties for sale/rent.

I’m also in a Facebook group that has several active duty military members.

Hey Monica - a good place to look for contractors is your local Facebook group.

Check Craigslist & Facebook for local Contractors.Make sure they are licensed and use Contracts & Contingencies so that your project gets done on time and within budget.

There are quite a few REIA meetings here that could be found on Meetup.com and Facebook groups.

I have it listed for $1,300 per month.I have it posted on the free online sites/apps like Zillow and realtor.com, but most of my calls have come from Facebook or the sign in the yard.
