New to the bigger pocket forums

Hi! My name is Robert. I discovered bigger pockets podcast sometime during the summer of last year (2018) and I genuinely cannot get enough of the information they put out. This year I decided to give the forums a chance!

Here is my introduction:

I'm 31 living in Jacksonville FL, currently an active duty member of the US Armed Forces. I'm interested in this forum to acquire knowledge on buying and renting (possibly flipping) single family homes and eventually multi-family homes. I have one property in Aurora CO that is being rented out with a monthly profit. I have a home in Jacksonville that I want to fix up and eventually rent out.

Currently my plan is to live and rent strategy because the military is always sending me somewhere new; once I gain more knowledge, I would like to branch out. Any networking events in the Jacksonville area please give me a DM, I would love to attend. Thanks for reading!
