We have been working with some amazing local banks (Pioneer Trust, Willamette Valley Bank, Maps credit union) (do not tell any one about these great banks- I do not want them to get so busy they forget me)  I am fortunate to have some great new build projects coming up and are exhausting my immediate access to capital.

If you’re doing this because you see a market niche, and you can withstand an occasional loss, then that’s fine.

Some were due to bad advice she got,some were due to ignorance, some were due to being perpetually exhausted from trying to care for him, some were due to trying to hold onto things that should have been let go a long time before.   

Usually there is a round duct over the top of the hole to exhaust the heat outside.

It’s really a matter of getting “caught” and withstanding an audit.

However, I have exhausted the duplexes both in the markets and price range I am interested in purchasing.

The very last date allowed by law (not withstanding this corona virus crisis we are currently in).

But when I finally get going, I work until exhaustion, sometimes it is late into the night and I am still working.

I exhausted my money stores with my first one since I was fresh out of college with no cash and ended up having to do a lot more of the work myself than I would have liked.
