@Josh Chastain I don't believe you undergo annual inspections on rooming houses.

Most of my projects undergo massive development. 

There is a property in the process of undergoing a tax lien auction but is currently in the "Stayed" status.

From my experience dealing with CBS lending and traditional bank:The sponsor and anyone that owns 20% or more will undergo credit check and will be required to supply personal financial, cash flow statement & resume. 

The property is in a low income neighborhood that is undergoing some revitalization. 

Probably more, many flips sprinkled with duplexes in some of the areas that are undergoing alot of gentrification.  

As for me, even my supervisor did not know I had been diagnosed with this and was undergoing this treatment (my radiation was scheduled for 7:30 each morning and since the center was around the corner from the hospital I worked at I was at my desk by start of work at 8 am).The point is while you might respect her privacy regarding her current medical status (and she is, of course, under no obligation to give you the details), it would be useful to know what "treatments" are being discussed here. 

I am currently undergoing my studies in real estate; I have minimal experience in the real-life environment of real estate but I'm passionate about the industry and want to pursue it full time in the future.

Tusc is a great place undergoing a ton development while being extremely affordable for the OOS investor to hop into.
