Looking to connect with investors in Miami/Fort Lauderdale

Hello all!

Jonathan here, native New Yorker and recent Miami transplant.

After really digging in and performing some self education I’m ready to take the plunge into real estate investing.

I’m interested in meet & greets or networking groups in South Florida that are friendly to real estate newbies. It’s one thing to read articles and listen to podcasts, it’s another thing to shake hands and have a cup of coffee (or wine!).

My primary goal is to acquire my first 2-3 rental properties in Florida at or around the $100k mark and create some cash flow even if it’s modest and actually go through the motions of acquiring a deal, financing, closing, etc. Want to scratch this off of my list by end of 2021.

Anyone open to hanging out or swapping stories?
