It does 99% of what most people use MS Excel and Word, it's completely online, easy to access on your mobile device, etc... and is free.  

The back half of the property already has a well and power pole from a mobile that was previously there so selling that separately would net us an additional 5-10k.  

I've heard that some seasonal mobile home parks shut off service to the entire park for the winter.

The reverse is true for better areas.Another thing to consider is the attitude/expectations and upward mobility of tenants: Tenants in the very best areas may be "entitled" and expect a perfect unit and lots of improvements.

Today I was looking at a few mobile home parks today I've had on my radar, and lo and behold, was driving by one of the homes and the garbage can was set fire.

This may not even be in the right area but..I have a woman who would like to take out some type of equity on her mobile home (because it needs to be fixed up) to put down on a second home and use the rest to fix and rent her current property...Is there any way that this can happen?
