The returns are good news b/c now I can cross off those bad addresses from my list.2) I have gotten 2 responders (actually talked to me) so far out of about 300 mailed letters, and generally higher call volume calling my recorded message (can't prove it's from my letters, but likely given the timing).3) My letter was brief (one page) and highlighted the pain points for tired landlords (vacancies, repairs, late payments, expenses, etc.)Still not yet getting motivated sellers calling me, but at least I'm getting a few calls.

i just received my notification in the mail that my real estate sales associate application was accepted.I take my state (florida) test next week and feel confident i'll pass, no problem. my problem is that i dont know what direction i should take. i want to work for a owner developer like KB homes but on their website is says "recent residential sales success preferred, however new Licensees with a proven successful sales or customer service background are welcomed" i dont have a strong sales background and my resume won’t have any sales experience highlighted at all. what should i do?

My lease has some highlighted items such as; notification about renter's insurance, notification about no businessesin home, no overnight guests in home, no non-registered motor vehicles, no working on vehicles, no parking in driveway, no smoking etc.I always do a walk through with the tenants and seller prior to closing.
