Help Finding Houses in Houston Area

I am interested in finding "birddogs" or "wholesalers" in the North Houston, Spring, Conroe Tx. area. I have never dealt with them so would be open to any info on them, how to contact them, etc. Also about any other means to locate properties.

Looking for property that we can buy, rehab, and resale.
