I am already charting forward towards realizing my goals and I have joined the biggerpockets to glean from the experts and one day give back to the community.

One thing on all the posts on note buying that I've gleaned is that there's nothing specific on the exact procedures of HOW TO GET THROUGH TO THE DEPT.

@Bart Ford and @Chris Simmons I was also a bit put off by his sales pitch, but was able to glean a few useful gems.  

I plan to join my local realestate investment group soon to glean information from folks familiar with my area.  

I can give you at least one pointer that I myself gleaned from much smarter and experienced investors than myself here at BP: After the initial excitement wears off, which it will, find ways to stay committed to a clear end goal.

From most I have gleaned from other's posts, the market is very competitive....this much I can tell from looking through MLS and speaking with realtors.

General rules of thumb can stand as precisely that: general guides.I think what can be gleaned is that . . .A) All real estate is local.

You responded similarly; I just wanted to glean a little more info before I pull the trigger yet.

I am gleaning so much information on both the pros and cons of Condo investing from you all. 

From what I've gleaned from this and other articles so far your cheapest option may be get rid of the thing.
