Happy Thursday BP!

My name is Haley and as the title suggests I'm a newbie to the industry.  I've taken the first steps by obtaining my business license and opening a business banking account.  I'm reading books/articles, listening podcast, watching YouTube videos and talking to anyone with knowledge in the Industry.  There are so many facets to generate income in this industry I'm deciding which path(s) to take.  Ideally I'd like to find a nice multi family property to rent as I'm fairly familiar with that process.  I plan to join my local realestate investment group soon to glean information from folks familiar with my area.  I welcome any guidance and learning  material recommendations.  I look forward to future dialogue with you all.

Sincerely

Haley Sea
