I am new here to REI but I am willing to work even harder

Hi Everyone,

I am new here to REI but I am excited to be here since I have read good things in this site. I want to do wholesaling real estate. I may get into all the other sections of real estate but my focus right now is to study and learn all I can and to become good at it. I am hoping that experienced Real Estate Wholesalers here can give me pointers here or there. I live in Beltsville area of Maryland but I work in DC. I guarantee that I am willing to work even harder to succeed in this field covering the DMV area. Any information will be of tremendous help.

Thanks and kind regards.

Joe

 @Joe Ogbechie:

Hi Joe and welcome to BP forums. I can give you at least one pointer that I myself gleaned from much smarter and experienced investors than myself here at BP: After the initial excitement wears off, which it will, find ways to stay committed to a clear end goal. As they say, it's one step at a time that makes a journey of a thousand miles possible. The key is to stay focussed on your investment end point.
