For the past year I have devoted a lot of time into educating myself on wholesaling and Flipping.

They definitely have benefits, especially if you have a property to sell they have time devoted to investors looking to sell their properties but unless you're an extremely outgoing person it can be a bit intimidating because so many people go to the meetings.

This will help give you a running start so when you are ready to devote all your time, you have already established a sound understanding of the market you will be attacking, and who you can turn to with questions along the way.

And you doing it has pissed away the time which should have been devoted to the work schedule we agreed to.Well; I'm out of money.
