Hello.... I am a newbie from Kentucky. A little town that made national attention in 2012 for being wiped out from a massive tornado.(West Liberty). I have been interested in real estate for sometime now. Through the years I have flipped a couple of houses and had one rental property for a little while. That was just a taste. Now I want to do this in a more serious nature. I am in the family Electrical Contracting business. For the past year I have devoted a lot of time into educating myself on wholesaling and Flipping. The main reason I want to do this is for my Family. Like most people on here, we are looking for a little freedom. I am also looking for the future. I want to be the first in my family to actually retire and not just nasty away at their job....lol

The biggest problem I see in getting started is location, location, location. I live in a small town. Our population has declined greatly since the tornado. Instead of rebuilding a lot of families fled the town. I assume that I will have to be more versatile and pursue properties in other areas. I would like some help with this. Any tips I can get on expanding my areas. I would like to network with people in many areas. I regret not finding this site sooner. I hope to surround myself with a strong team.
