helli my name is Josh and currently i ive been contiplating on buying my first small home to hopefully rent out come tax time 2014 I'll have around 5500 to invest. I work nights full time and have a wife and 2 kids. My credit score is on the rocks and I make minimum wage. I would eventully like to have several rentals as well as condominiums possibly some commercial down the road. I have no experience but I am a good handy man I can do all minor/major repairs myself with pluming as the only exeption. So should could this be a reality or do I just need to wake up and go to work?
