Or you can have a family of with 6 kids + 2 dogs and 3 cats and not have a single problem at your place.Would it be lovely not having to deal with this at all?

Graham Fowler writes some great stuff about nz real estate investing, haven’t found them at the library but they are pretty cheap on the kindle. 

I actually thought about that the other day after I saw Brandon Turner's new kindle book.
