Investor planning to move to South Carolina

I am a New York State resident looking to move to York County SC in the next few months.  I have flipped one condo with a partner in the past, and have owned a single family home for rental in the past.

Currently I am a partner on another single family rental home.

I am interested in building a team and finding properties to rent of flip in SC.  I am interested in single family and multi family homes, eventually perhaps something larger.

I am a pilot, and consequently am on the road quite a bit, which has made it more difficult to get started.  My goal is to secure an income stream for retirement in 5 years.

Welcome to the vibrant BP community. You already have some experience. Below are quick links to quickly get engaged on this site.

It's fascinating to see that in spite of your busy schedules with take offs and landings, you still find the time to get involved with REI and most importantly take action.

I am sorry to see you leave my beloved state, New York but am sure you will make good networking connections in South Carolina.

Lastly, this site thrives on interactions and as such we encourage two way exchanges and look forward to educational and thought provoking ideas relevant to REI.
