Stay away from overly tight common areas and make sure there is access to decent internet available.

It sounds like you're seeking validation from someone on the internet to commit fraud. 

I do not trust internet storage to be hack roof.

The internet makes it possible to work from anywhere and stay in communication with family and friends, so it's much more attractive than it would have been 20 years ago. 

Some of that you will be able to find online. i.e. internet, pest control, tv costs.

Essentially, the wager would be that the state, its capital, and the surrounding areas make a comeback in the next couple decades.

I'd wager that my tiny home is of a much higher quality than a majority of the mobile homes out there.
