Owner Financing While Living In Camper

Hi! Was wondering if it'd be "legal" to purchase a house with owner occupy financing (little money down), while living in a camper about an hour away. While we were living in the camper, we would try and BRRR this property and then obtain 20% equity so we could rent it out for the long term. Any idea if this is okay?

TLDR: Can we count anywhere near-ish to us as our primary residence while we live in a camper?
