Good morning all!

I'm just curious if anyone has considered upgrading a mobile home park with tiny homes? I believe that tiny home is the next generation of a mobile home.

Thoughts?

A mobile home is a tiny home. It is funny how people act like tiny homes are some new concept. The only difference I have seen is that some tiny homes are ridiculously expensive per square foot, because they are designed more of a social statement, then actual economic living. The other difference is tiny homes are sometimes on owned land, versus rented lot. Most mobile home park owners want to keep renting the land, so they are not likely to change use anytime soon. Maybe the next evolution is just rebranding mobile homes as tiny homes. That I could see.
