Have spent years renovating....didn't love the whole managing and stressing about employees, vehicles, buildings, traveling, massive number of clients/schedules.

While I understand this place doesn't exactly meet the 1% rule, we also thought maybe it could be a place for us to use as a home base when we travel there with our kids and rent it out seasonally or airbnb. 

If you attend a lot of performances, sporting events, or other things in the Cities, consider the travel time from your new home to the Cities.

Not a travel nurse but I'm friends with a lot of them.

Thinking there may be deals to be had this fall/winter depending on travel restrictions/etc.

Just get your llamas ready to travel.

I would highly recommend reaching out to an independent agent as they will cover at least 10 national carriers (Nationwide, Travelers, Progressive.....).

And either opening my own brokerage or possibly joining different EXP offices wherever I travel to do business.
