TRAVELING NURSE HOUSING- INDIANAPOLIS AREA?? WHOS DOING IT??

I am thinking about setting up some fully furnished professional housing in the Indianapolis area.  Im talking 30 day or more leases not Air B&B.    Is any other BP family doing this and if so please share your experiences.  If there is any traveling nurses on here I am especially interested in marketing to nurses and Im very curious how this rental model will work out.  Any advise is appreciated.
