What are some of the best and easiest ways you have discovered to collect monthly rent payments? Are there certain bank transfers like Zelle that work best, or just a good old fashioned check in the mailbox?

@Adam Azam I suggest looking into property management software companies to collect your rent online. There are plenty of free ones out there that would help you collect payments from your tenants that will be directly deposited into your bank account. They will help you track your payments, send invoices as well as will give your tenants a range of payment options - ACH, credit or debit cards.
