It will be open source projects like Raspberry Pi and Arduino which will push the real interoperability.

The murdering part is that some ask for points and a double digit percent pushing the percentage even higher and most want you to start collecting the very next month on the Loan.. that's almost impossible for the Hard you have put in to finding the perfect deal...

I'm honestly not sure if I'm done, or whether I'd like to push on and continue to build my empire. 

Every signal from the government/fed/& State say they are going to push it OVER the old top.

I am getting a bit of a push back as I have several properties.  

For an apartment, I try and put everything I can in the tenants name and so far haven't run into any push back.

I that if it stayed I rented for months my chances of quickly getting another one would be pushed back or diminished.
