Hi,

I am a 60 year old bookkeeper who woke up recently and realized I may not be able to retire.  I am working on my debt snowball, I own (mortgage) a home and my future prospects for "earning" more income are limited.   I do have good credit and thought that maybe real estate may be a way to "catch up" with my retirement.    I discovered this site through a link,  Right now, I want to learn and see if this might be an idea for catching up on retirement money.  I'm looking more at buying and holding.
