It's not as bold as some I listen to on a few podcasts, but you still increase cash flow, and will then add value to increase cash flow more!

We stumbled across FI a few months ago, and we've just been binge-listening to the podcasts and reading through the guides and forums on BP ever since.

I'm so passionate about real estate investing but it will take me a long time to learn it just listening to podcasts and reading.

Patience and listen to those that have the experience and is willing to share it with you.

There might still be hope for you, if you listen to my wisdom gained from experience.This may not be what tv and movies like to portray.

Finished rich dad poor dad and I've been listening to alot of podcasts about financial independence.

Although I was listening to the BP podcast last night (#360 I think) and they talked about adding ADU's and I think I heard that you can add two ADUs to a property in Hawaii.

When I want training, I get it from YouTube, from title companies, I ask questions of other agents (even competitors), read lots of books, listen to lots of podcasts and have taken/paid for training at other brokerages.

With the little knowledge I've obtained from listening to the first 20 or so episodes of bigger pockets podcasts I figure it's a house that can definitely be fixed up remolded and sold or held as a rental.
