How to learn with issues?

I didn't know where to put this question. I was talking with another person who has ADHD I realized there doesn't seem to be anything for ADHD people to learn real estate investing. We have to have something that can keep us focused in order to learn like something interactive or something that can keep us focused. I'm so passionate about real estate investing but it will take me a long time to learn it just listening to podcasts and reading. I was thinking of putting a program in the virtual training program to help with this but I'm a long way off for this idea. I love problem solving so I have a lot of solutions to problems whether inventions or ideas just haven't been able to do anything with them. I'm thinking of putting them on a video and put it on YouTube just to store them. Anyways, (sorry my focus), is there anything out there that can help people with ADHD learn real estate? I use to volunteer if I want to learn something but it isn't always easy finding someone who is willing to let a person help and learn, because they have to take time to train.
