I recently graduated from college and I am working full time in the financial services industry while also trying to build a real estate business on the side. 

There seems to be a shortage of nurses going on right now with COVID effecting the output of newly graduated nurses and pushing people into retirement early.

If you are currently working a job now and you have an explanation as to why you don't yet have 2 full years of income history, (ex: you graduated from college last year), then that will generally suffice.

I am graduating college in May with a bachelor's in finance.
