New Agent- Best Systems to Get Started

Whats up Bigger Pockets- I am a new agent in Westchester County, NY. I recently graduated from college and I am working full time in the financial services industry while also trying to build a real estate business on the side.

I am just starting up on Instagram, I have been emailing leads generated from Remine, and attending a few open houses. No business so far. What is the best use of my time to generate business right now?  What should I be focused on? I am hoping to find one strategy and stick to it consistently.

I have a background in commercial RE appraisal and I really understand the numbers side of real estate for investing/rental properties. Appreciate any and all advice!
