Help getting into apartment as soon as possible in Westshore Tampa

Hello, my name is Tomas, and I just graduated college. I am in Columbus, Ohio, but I want to relocate to Tampa, Florida. I have a job opportunity in Westshore that I do not want to miss, but I need an apartment or a room to rent in that area and get in as quickly as possible. I am new to this renting stuff, so I thought I could get some tips and tricks from the BiggerPockets community. While I do not know much about renting, I understand the process can take a while for a tenant to move in, but I was hoping someone here has tips to speed up the process of moving in. If I can be led to some resources for hunting down a place to rent (I am only familiar with Apartments.com), that would be a great help as well. I am looking for a rental price in the range of $1.5k/month. I do not need anything fancy! If anyone has a unit in Tampa that is not too far off from Westshore, near the Tampa International Airport, that would be marvelous. Thank you!!
