Looking For Shadowing/Intern Opportunities

I am new to real estate investing and have been reading books/ watching videos and podcasts since the beginning of the year. I was looking for advice to find a mentor, or if anyone on here was located in the south jersey/philly area (Near Atlantic City) and would be willing for me to intern and watch what they do to be able to learn. I think real estate investing is something I would want to do after I graduate college, as I am entering my Junior year this fall. Any and all advice would be great, even if it is just advice on how to get started. Thank you!
