Another tip that I picked up is while you are saving money for your first investment, start driving / visiting areas you would like to incest in so you get a feel for prices, rents , house conditions etc, and visit and look at lots of homes and open houses so your eye get used to looking at repairs / upgrades that are normal in a particular market

The catch is, I dont want to put the title of the property in my c-corp's name - I want it to remain under my personal name.Can I use the c-corp to do all the property management (i.e. it will be done by me as an employee of said corp), and if a tenant sues they would sue the c-corp?

I was told it was separate from the REIA, but to my new eyes, I could not tell....The second local REIA, I have not gone to a meeting yet, it will meet this Tuesday coming up, (3rd Tuesday of every month) but looking through the website of the REIA, ( maybe it was a link?)
