Well, Hello you wonderful BP peeps!My name is Attila and I'm form Antelope,CA.First let me just tell you guys that I'm blown away by this site.You guys are truly amazing! I've been following some of the forums and it is so encouraging to see all you folks being so thoughtful and helpful.I can't think of another business where the your competition is your biggest ally.I Love It!

I've been a working as a RN in a critical area for about 8 years.I really like it, but REI, and the freedom that comes with it, is my dream! I've been getting my stuff together for past 6-8 months and I'm ready!Ahh, not even close to being ready but ready to jump in nonetheless! And, how can I not be with BP at my side!(still learning how to use it best but getting better everyday)

My website is almost up( hopefully today), got my Bandit Signs ready, working on a nice,specific Absentee Owner list, have my cards, flyers (still refining them), learning the complicated Probate process (which is becoming less complicated thanks to your posts), got access to MLS (through a friend) and the www and learning about the beauty and effectiveness of the Social Networking World (one scary puppy I tell you!). Got my passion and enthusiasm, a wonderful and supporting family, great health and energy, an amazing support cast through the BP world, 49rs in the Superbowl (oh yeah!!!)...what else can I ask for!

I'm truly looking forward to my learning from your brilliant minds and extensive experience and getting to know you through BP and some of you in person!
